THINGS TO KNOW
HOW TO PREPARE
- Please calmly arrive 15 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment
- Apply little to no makeup prior to your appointment (no makeup is needed for facial massages)
- Have a light meal or snack and take any regular medications as usual
- Refrain from any alcohol before your appointment
- Please shower before your appointment
ONCE YOU ARRIVE
- Check in at scheduling desk 15 minutes prior to your appointment
- Give your Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) as much information about your medical conditions on the questionnaire
- Turn off your cell phone
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Your Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) will greet you in the Sport Medicine waiting area and escort you to the treatment area
- After the initial consultation, your LMT will leave the area and you will be able to undress to your level of comfort
- Please lay down and cover yourself with the sheet provided

- SINGLE SERVICES - 18 MONTHS
- PACKAGES - 18 MONTHS
- All sales are final. There are no refunds for unused spa services
SERVICE CANCELLATION
- 24-hour cancellation notice required
- Less than 24-hour notice will be charged for session
- Appointment no-shows will be charged for session
