Working with a trainer is one of the quickest, easiest and most successful ways to achieve your fitness goals in a timely manner. Training services include both one-on-one and small group.
For members not ready to begin a specific training program and just looking to get familiar with the equipment here at the Rec, we offer an introductory Equipment Orientation session(s). Although this does not include a workout plan nor 1-on-1 training, this is to ensure out members and guest understand how to utilize all our various equipment safely and effectively for their
New members receive one FREE Fitness Assessment with a Trainer. This session helps introduce you to the services created to put you on the path to achieving your healthy living goals.
Led by expert Group Fitness Specialists, each class will offer safe, fun and effective group fitness sessions designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, stamina, skill, agility and speed while avoiding injury.
