GROUP FITNESS
Led by expert Group Fitness Specialists, each class will offer safe, fun and effective group fitness sessions designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, stamina, skill, agility and speed while avoiding injury.
For members not ready to begin a specific training program and just looking to get familiar with the equipment here at The Rec, we offer an introductory Equipment Orientation session(s).
For members that would like a custom workout plan by one of our Performance & Fitness Specialists, this can easily be created for you and your specific training needs. This will include an FMS (if not taken already), PAR-Q/Health Questionnaire, and time to discuss your specific goals, needs, etc. From there you will be provided a 1-month customized training program to use at your convenience.
